This website is operated by ALLDIS EXPRESS SRL , CUI RO41383590 , with registered office in Or. Bucharest, Sector 3, Str. Nerva Traian 27–33, Romania (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, “we”).
By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1) Definitions

Customer/Buyer – any person who accesses the site and/or places an order.
Products – fashion and/or home items displayed on the site.
Order – the request submitted by the Customer for the purchase of products.
Contract – is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order (via e-mail) by the Seller.

2) Products. Availability

2.1. We strive to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up-to-date.
2.2. The photos are for informational purposes only. There may be minor color differences depending on the screen/device.
2.3. If a product is no longer available after placing the order, we will contact you for a solution (replacement, partial/total cancellation and refund, as applicable).

3) Pricing and billing

3.1. Prices are those displayed on the site at the time of placing the order.
3.2. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3.3. Fiscal documents are issued in accordance with applicable legislation.

4) Payment

Payment is made through the methods available at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery payments/returns if this option is not available or excluded in the store's policies.

5) Delivery

5.1. We deliver to several countries, according to the "Delivery" page and the options in the checkout.
5.2. Orders are usually shipped Monday-Friday , excluding public holidays.
5.3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control (courier, weather, busy periods, customs formalities for non-EU countries).
5.4. The Customer is obliged to provide correct delivery data. Any additional costs caused by incomplete/incorrect data may be borne by the Customer.

6) Returns

6.1. The return policy is described on the "Returns" page and is part of this document.
6.2. Returns are only accepted for new, unworn/unused products, with intact labels , without traces of use, odors or damage.
6.3. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product does not comply with the above conditions.
6.4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer (sender).
6.5. We do not accept cash on delivery packages .
6.6. The refund is made after receipt and verification of the returned products, through the same payment method (or according to the instructions available at the time of processing, if applicable).

7) Orders. Confirmation. Cancellation

7.1. After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your registration. Final confirmation may depend on payment validation and product availability.
7.2. We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as: impossibility of delivery, suspicion of fraud, price/stock errors, transaction refusal by the payment processor.
7.3. In the event of cancellation of a paid order, the amount will be refunded according to the rules of the payment processor/bank.

8) Warranties. Complaints

8.1. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us at support@calistrafashion.com and include: order number, photos and description of the problem.
8.2. The solution is made reasonably, depending on the situation (replacement, voucher, refund, as appropriate).

9) Promotions and discount codes

9.1. Discount codes are applied according to the conditions displayed and may have limitations (period, eligible products, minimum order).
9.2. Discounts are not cumulative unless expressly stated.

10) Customer account

10.1. Creating an account is optional.
10.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for the activities carried out under your account.

11) Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to CALISTRA / ALLDIS EXPRESS SRL or its partners. Copying/use without written consent is prohibited.

12) Data Protection (GDPR) and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy , and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy , available on the website.

13) Limitation of liability

13.1. We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
13.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, payment processors, authorities, customs) or cases of force majeure.

14) Applicable law. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of an agreement, by the competent courts.
